Starting renovation work is an important decision that requires a budget, time, and trust in the chosen professionals.

With the Sérénité Pack, if the company carrying out your work can no longer complete it, the Avenir Rénovations network head will assess the takeover by a designated professional and support you until completion.

This is an additional commitment that complements your legal guarantees without replacing them.

The best of both worlds: a local professional, a national network behind them

Each Avenir Rénovations agency is an independent business, close to you. The Sérénité Pack is an additional commitment from SLN Rénovations, the head of the Avenir Rénovations network.

In the event of your company's failure, the network head takes over to organize the continuation of your project. They connect you with a buyer, assess the feasibility of the takeover, and then organize and monitor the work. You know the buyer and the projected timeline.

An included benefit for our clients

The Sérénité Pack is subscribed by your company: it is included in your contract.

The coverage lasts for 2 years from the payment of the deposit invoice (or the first progress invoice) of your first contract. For each contract, it ends upon completion of the work. You can verify at any time that your quote is covered at pack-serenite.avenir-renovations.fr, using your quote number and postal code.

How does it work?

The Sérénité Pack applies in the following failure cases: cessation of business activity, bankruptcy preventing the continuation of work, a site not started for more than 4 months, or exit from the Avenir Rénovations network under the cumulative conditions set forth in the General Conditions of Service.

You submit your written request from your client space, along with proof of the failure. The bailiff's report and the expert's report are at your expense.
A designated buyer visits the site and estimates the remaining work. This buyer is a franchisee of the network or, if not available, another professional chosen by the network head. An analysis committee makes its decision no later than 2 months after receiving the elements, based on objective criteria.
If the takeover is validated, a tripartite agreement is signed, and then the work resumes, monitored by the network head until the completion report.

A dedicated and free telephone assistance is available at +33 9 72 54 00 62, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5 pm (excluding public holidays). The call is not charged extra.

Good to know: the Sérénité Pack is neither an insurance, nor a guarantee, nor a first demand guarantee. It does not provide for compensation or reimbursement of amounts paid, and each request is subject to a feasibility study. Certain cases are not covered: force majeure, intervention by an unauthorized third party, external causes, product non-compliance, actions by the client or a third party, and any request made after the completion report.
